Dental Practices
Every new patient Googles you first. Then decides.
If your site looks like it was built in 2014, it doesn't matter how good the dentistry is — they're clicking the practice down the street.
We'll show you your mobile load time, your missing booking flow, and what your last three new patients probably saw before they booked you — or didn't.
What's not working
The pattern we see most often
- Your Google reviews are strong. Your site has none of them. Prospective patients never cross-reference.
- New-patient booking is a PDF download and a phone-tag game. Half of them give up.
- Your current site says "family dentistry since 1985" but doesn't say what insurance you take, or when you're open Saturday.
What we build instead
Fixed at the root
- Online booking that syncs to your practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) — fewer phone calls, fewer no-shows, an actual calendar you control.
- Insurance accepted, hours, emergency contact, and "new patient welcome" content front and center — the questions patients actually ask, answered before they have to call.
- Reviews surfaced on your site, not buried on Google. Social proof where the decision gets made.
Dental practices in NYC and the tri-state have swapped template sites for custom builds at the Growth tier. Most launch in under two weeks.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a dental practice website cost?
Growth at $699 setup + $99/mo is standard for most single-location practices and includes online booking integration, insurance list, hours, and reviews. Pro at $999 + $149/mo suits multi-location practices or those needing advanced patient education content.
Can you sync to Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental?
Yes. We integrate with common dental practice management platforms for online booking. If your platform exposes a booking API or widget, we can wire it in. If not, we build a custom intake flow that drops leads into your email + a CRM for manual scheduling.
Is dental patient information HIPAA-safe on the site?
We do not store protected health information (PHI) on the marketing site. Booking forms capture contact + appointment preference only. Any PHI lives inside your practice management software, which already has a HIPAA-compliant BAA with its vendor. We can provide a HIPAA-aware privacy policy for the site itself.
