The free check runs 5 buyer-intent prompts against a single grounded engine (Perplexity Sonar Online). The $9 tier runs 10 prompts across six engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Cohere), every one of them with live web search, so you can see where each one names you. The $19 tier adds a 1-page analysis brief on top. The $199 Sprint goes from diagnosis to implementation: schema, content, entity-graph, citation work over 30 days plus a before / after recheck on your existing site.
Cost discipline. The free check uses Perplexity Sonar Online via OpenRouter, a single-shot AI search engine with live web search and citation extraction. It costs us roughly $0.025 per check, which keeps the free tier financially sustainable at any reasonable volume. Multi-engine fan-out (ChatGPT + Perplexity + Gemini + Claude) is gated behind the $9 tier so the math still works.
Either works. The $19 brief tells you exactly what to fix. If you have an in-house developer who can deploy schema, ship FAQ content, and refine GBP / citation data, you can self-implement and rerun the free check after. The $199 Sprint is the pre-built version: we do all of it in 30 days and recheck. The brief is roughly 4-8 hours of skilled work to implement; the Sprint trades that time for $199.
Yes, 100%. You own the code, the domain, and all assets. We do not lock you into any proprietary platform. If you ever want to take it to another developer, you can. No hostage situations.
Your logo (or we can use text), brand colors if you have them, the copy / text for each page, and any photos. If you do not have photos, we will use professionally licensed stock photos that match your industry. The intake form walks you through everything.
Every tier includes post-launch support (30-90 days). After that, small updates (text, hours, pricing) are $50 flat. Larger changes are scoped and quoted before we start. No surprises.
Yes. You pay the difference in setup fees. If you start on Starter at $299 and upgrade to Growth, you pay $200 (not the full $499). We build on what is already there.
We deploy to Vercel (free tier covers most small businesses) or Netlify. You can also bring your own hosting. Domain registration is through Namecheap or GoDaddy, we help you set it up.
That is the optional maintenance retainer for website tiers. It includes hosting management, uptime monitoring, dependency updates, and content updates. Starter is $79/mo, Growth is $99/mo, Pro is $129/mo. The fee is opt-in and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. Visibility Maintenance ($49/mo) is separate and applies only after the Sprint.

On websites: we do not refund once work has started, but milestone sign-offs mean nothing surprises you. On the Sprint: $200 partial refund if your AI Visibility score does not improve in 30 days.
